2013 jeep wrangler 3.6L Engine light and TCS cam on at the same time. Hi guys I'm new here but my jeep is throwing me into limp mode I clear the codes from the ecm by doing the good old disconnect the battery test and it runs for like half a day it is throwing codes such as PO 344 P0340 PO652 I have replaced camshaft crankshaft throttle body as that is where the tps is and it just keeps happening I've thrown almost 1k into it and it still does not want to ...1- Unbolt the engine oil dip stick tube, so you can push it back while lifting the cover. 2- Unbolt and pull out the transmission oil dip stick tube. Without doing so, I don't see a way to lift the cover. If you have access to a lift, this will make the job much easier in general and specially hereby.

The first trip to the shop this time identified the wrong oil filter as the problem, mine did not have a check valve built in. The filter (and oil) was changed and the first climb up a highway grade, the code reset and the engine went into limp mode. Next trip to the shop had the oil changed and a new filter (again).

I have replaced solenoid valve body ,installed new transmission cooler and replaced the PCM and my jeep still slams into 2cnd gear limp mode. Over $2000 and it still does the same thing. I can reset it by simly turn ignition off/on. Then it shifts fine for 50-100 mikes before it does it again.

Jeep Mechanic: JasonD924. One thing to know about that code is after a repair to clear this code correctly you have to reset the variable line pressure counter in the PCM. If you dont the code will return over and over. If you do that and it returns there should be another code with it according to Chrysler diagnostics.
